A commission of up to 3% depending on the Buyer Representation Agreement terms is available for all home purchases across the state of Texas.

Does Autograph Homes calculate commission on base price only, or total purchase price?

Autograph Homes offers a commission of up to 3% depending on the Buyer Representation Agreement terms. This is calculated based on the total purchase price.

Can my client visit without me?

We encourage Realtors to accompany their clients on the initial visit. If your client visits without you, please contact the sales team as soon as possible to discuss registration requirements.
