    Two Step Farm

    Summer 2025

    Two Step Farm is a 2,000-acre master-planned community located just north of The Woodlands that promises a small-town feel where music fills the air, goats clear the land, and acres of forest weave through a fresh mix of homes for every lifestyle. The community will include a general store, a great lawn with live music happenings, and a focus on social connectivity. Located between FM 1488, I-45 and Highway 249, Two Step Farm will one day be home to 5,000 homes.

    Aldeana

    Spring 2025

    Located on the 288 corridor, this new master-planned community provides easy access in one direction to the recreation areas of the Gulf of Mexico and to the Houston Medical Center in the other. Aldeana is located in the Angleton ISD, closer to the employment centers of the Houston metro than most communities in the district. Autograph Homes here will range from the low $300s to the $400s.

    This is a 20-unit gated neighborhood within the City of Houston, in the highly acclaimed Spring Branch ISD.
