If you choose an inventory home, depending on the stage of construction, you may still get to add some personal touches. If you start with us from scratch, every choice is yours. Our team will guide you through whichever path pick.

They are the artisans who will take pride in building your home, and they do their best work when they know what matters most to you.

Set in Style (not stone!)

When you work with us to design and build an Autograph home, your style sets the tone. Set yours with the team in our Design Center, from color choices, to materials, to fixtures and appliances, we’ll help you make your home exactly what you want. Or, choose from a selection of curated design packages where we’ve done the work for you. Whatever your choices, we’ll spell it out in our clear and simple ABC Agreement (Autograph Buyer Choices Agreement) so you always know what to expect.

Fall in Love

With all your selections made, this is the step when it all starts to come together from the ground up. Everyone agrees on all the little things, and the big important ones, before we begin construction.

First Look

Size up your space and take a peek into what’s behind the walls of your home before the sheetrock goes up. We’ll take you on a tour of your new home at the framing stage, giving you the chance to get the feel of the spaces as they come together.

Meet the Family

The love is real. Your home is ready, and our home orientation team will take you through all you need to know to love your new home from the moment you walk in the front door. They’ll take the time you need to go over the systems, technology and home warranty information for you to get the most from your new home investment.

Pizza Party

Invite your friends and family. It’s move-in day! Unpack the essentials, leave the mess for tomorrow, invite your friends and family over and enjoy pizza on us on your first day in your new Autograph home!

Autograph Homes Leadership

James A. MillerPresident

James brings over 30 years of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries. Throughout his career, he has managed operations in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, contributing to the construction of more than 20,000 homes and the development of over 100 communities. His expertise spans all facets of residential construction, including sales, construction, purchasing, marketing, architecture, and land acquisitions. James is also skilled in long-term strategic planning, financial modeling, and expansion evaluation. In addition to his professional accomplishments, James serves on the Board of Directors for Home Aid Houston, Boys and Girls Country, and Agape Development. He is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, holding a degree in Architectural Engineering.

Wade BradowExecutive VP

Wade brings over 34 years of homebuilding and real estate experience across major Texas markets, including Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. Throughout his career, he has managed all aspects of land acquisition and development, financing homebuilding operations, and overseeing land development projects. He has also led accounting, legal, and human resources teams for large homebuilding enterprises. Wade’s expertise extends to long-term strategic planning, investment evaluation, financial modeling, and the acquisition and integration of homebuilding companies. He is a graduate of Texas Lutheran College in Seguin, Texas, with a B.A. in Business.

Autograph Homes Vice President Wade Bradow

Jeffrey RichieVP of Finance & Accounting

Jeff brings more than a decade of leadership experience across finance, real estate, and business operations. Throughout his career, he has worked with growing organizations to strengthen financial performance, improve operations, and support long-term strategic growth. Prior to joining Autograph Homes, Jeff held senior leadership roles in the multifamily real estate and higher education sectors, where his responsibilities extended across finance, development, operations, and organizational strategy. Jeff works alongside the leadership team to support the company’s continued growth and help build the financial and operational infrastructure needed for the future. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia University Texas and an MBA from Houston Baptist University.

Hannah MillsDirector of Purchasing

Hannah brings six years of experience in the homebuilding industry, with a strong background in purchasing, construction operations, and vendor relations. In her role at Autograph Homes, she collaborates closely with trade partners and internal teams to streamline processes, manage costs, and support the delivery of high-quality homes. Hannah is passionate about the homebuilding process and takes pride in helping create exceptional experiences for homeowners. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Jonathan EdwardsVP of Operations

Jonathan brings over 12 years of experience in the homebuilding industry to his role as Vice President of Operations at Autograph Homes. Most recently, he managed operations for a privately held homebuilder in the Houston area, where he was responsible for managing construction and warranty for multiple product lines and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. Outside of work, Jonathan serves as a deacon at his church and enjoys spending quality time with his large family. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Leo MilotiDirector of Accounting

Leonardo Miloti is the Director of Accounting with over a decade of experience in the field. Known for his detail-oriented approach, Leonardo consistently develops efficient procedures to enhance productivity within the accounting division. His diverse industry experiences span across the software, commercial real estate, and oil & gas industries, showcasing his adaptability and expertise. Leonardo holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA with an accounting concentration from the University of St. Thomas. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in hobbies such as basketball, yoga, and watching sports.

Chris FrederkingVP of Sales

Chris Frederking brings over 23 years of expertise in the homebuilding industry. Most recently, Chris served as Vice President of Sales for a small local builder. Previously, Chris spent 10 years as a Sales Counselor for several of Houston’s largest homebuilders before advancing to Area Sales Manager. There he excelled in team leadership, sales training, and employee engagement. Outside of work, Chris enjoys competing in Redfish tournaments combining his love for the outdoors with his competitive spirit. During his college years, Chris was a baseball player at Tarleton State University, where he developed the teamwork and discipline that continue to define his professional approach.

Jasmin MosquedaMarketing Manager

Jasmin brings over six years of marketing experience in the homebuilding industry to Autograph Homes. Throughout her career, she has specialized helping connect homebuyers with communities that fit their lifestyle. Her expertise includes marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, and event coordination, all with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and strengthening brand awareness. Jasmin is passionate about creating meaningful connections, both professionally and personally, and brings that same enthusiasm to her role at Autograph Homes.
