James A. MillerPresident

James brings over 30 years of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries. Throughout his career, he has managed operations in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, contributing to the construction of more than 20,000 homes and the development of over 100 communities. His expertise spans all facets of residential construction, including sales, construction, purchasing, marketing, architecture, and land acquisitions. James is also skilled in long-term strategic planning, financial modeling, and expansion evaluation.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, James serves on the Board of Directors for Home Aid Houston, Boys and Girls Country, and Agape Development. He is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, holding a degree in Architectural Engineering.

Wade BradowExecutive VP

Wade brings over 34 years of homebuilding and real estate experience across major Texas markets, including Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. Throughout his career, he has managed all aspects of land acquisition and development, financing homebuilding operations, and overseeing land development projects. He has also led accounting, legal, and human resources teams for large homebuilding enterprises. Wade’s expertise extends to long-term strategic planning, investment evaluation, financial modeling, and the acquisition and integration of homebuilding companies. He is a graduate of Texas Lutheran College in Seguin, Texas, with a B.A. in Business.

Vikki DanielVP of Purchasing

Vikki brings over 25 years of homebuilding experience to Autograph Homes. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Purchasing, where she played a key role in establishing operations in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, and in launching over 30 communities. Prior to that, as Director of Purchasing at a private homebuilding firm, she managed key functions including estimating, vendor relations, product management, pricing, and construction collaboration. Outside of work, Vikki is active in her church and involved in local ministries, dedicating her time to serving the community. She holds a degree in English from Sam Houston State University.

Jonathan EdwardsVP of Operations

Jonathan brings over 12 years of experience in the homebuilding industry to his role as Vice President of Operations at Autograph Homes. Most recently, he managed operations for a privately held homebuilder in the Houston area, where he was responsible for managing construction and warranty for multiple product lines and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. Outside of work, Jonathan serves as a deacon at his church and enjoys spending quality time with his large family. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Leo MilotiDirector of Accounting

Leonardo Miloti is the Director of Accounting with over a decade of experience in the field. Known for his detail-oriented approach, Leonardo consistently develops efficient procedures to enhance productivity within the accounting division. His diverse industry experiences span across the software, commercial real estate, and oil & gas industries, showcasing his adaptability and expertise. Leonardo holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA with an accounting concentration from the University of St. Thomas. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in hobbies such as basketball, yoga, and watching sports.

Chris FrederkingVP of Sales

Chris Frederking brings over 23 years of expertise in the homebuilding industry. Most recently, Chris served as Vice President of Sales for a small local builder. Previously, Chris spent 10 years as a Sales Counselor for several of Houston’s largest homebuilders before advancing to Area Sales Manager. There he excelled in team leadership, sales training, and employee engagement.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys competing in Redfish tournaments along the Texas and Louisiana coasts, combining his love for the outdoors with his competitive spirit. During his college years, Chris was a baseball player at Tarleton State University, where he developed the teamwork and discipline that continue to define his professional approach.

Carla MartinezMarketing Manager

Carla Martinez Anzilotti offers over six years of marketing expertise, specializing in brand strategy, digital initiatives, and event management. As Marketing Manager at Autograph Homes Texas, she enhances the brand’s profile in Houston’s competitive homebuilding market by collaborating with internal teams and external partners on projects spanning branding, social media, PR, and partnerships. Passionate about forging meaningful connections, Carla designs campaigns that showcase Autograph Homes’ dedication to personalized service and quality. She holds an Advertising degree with a Minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin.
